EYEYE

A night-time shot of Lykke Li standing side-on to the camera, wearing a leather jacket

The Swedish singer-songwriter performs her first audio-visual project – her most intimate work to date.

Stripped-down production, swirling analog synths, and massive pop hooks, new album EYEYE is both a return to her roots in bedroom recording, and a step into new territory. Performing with her band and the dreamlike, often intense visuals taken from the accompanying films for the album, this is an intimate insight into the feelings and creative vision of this artist.

Compressing a lifetime of romantic obsession and female fantasy into a hyper sensory landscape, the music from EYEYE is accompanied by seven visual loops: together, they reveal a grander narrative, a story about the eternally returning cycles of love, addiction, relapse and obsession.

Support comes from Swedish singer-songwriter Alice Boman, whose music has featured in smash Amazon series Transparent, HBO’s Wanderlust, and Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why.
