Bugsy Malone (U)

Family Film Club

Two child actors in black and white

Set in the world of prohibition New York gangsters but with an all-child cast this fantastic musical was the directorial debut of Alan Parker and stars a youthful Scott Baio and Jodie Foster.

Bugsy Malone works for crime boss, Fat Sam – but when Sam’s gang starts getting ‘splurged’ by rival, Dandy Dan’s crew – Bugsy is drawn into a war between the two factions and chaos ensues! With machine guns replaced by custard firing ‘splurge guns’ and one of the best pie fights in the history of cinema, this is a film for the whole family to enjoy from ages 0–100!

Adults can only come if they’re bringing a child, and children can only come along if accompanied by an adult. If you’re over 18, we’re afraid being a ‘big kid’ doesn’t count.
