Keanu Reeves as Neo in Matrix Resurrections

Lana Wachowski takes a solo outing as director with the fourth instalment of the Matrix films, with Keanu Reeves reprising his role as 2000s icon Neo.

Twenty years after the events of the last film, Neo, otherwise known as Thomas A Anderson (Reeves), is living an average joe life and taking his blue pills regularly. 

That is until Morpheus appears once again, this time played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II. Neo takes the red pill once more,  re-opening his mind to The Matrix and resurrects his old life, including reuniting him with Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss).
