LSO Discovery

swirling purple hues on a black background

Hear world premieres from cutting-edge composers, performed by chamber-scale groups of LSO musicians and friends.

Current LSO Soundhub Members Clare Elton and Ruaidhrí Mannion unveil the new pieces they have been developing on Phase II of the scheme.

Plus music by four Soundhub Associates, alumni of the LSO's schemes for early-career composers, completes an evening bursting with bold sounds and fresh ideas. Including another world premiere by Alex Groves, and works by Bethan Morgan-Williams, Lillie Harris and Robin Haigh.

The concert ends at approximately 8.30pm.
