In this online workshop creative director and BRIK founder Kia Utzon-Frank will let you in on (almost) all the tricks of how to create texturised chocolate concrete surfaces. Gift your edible Barbican concrete chocolate to someone special for Christmas or keep it all to yourself. Either way you'll take away tons of inspiration on how to use your new knowledge and translate out-of-the-box ideas into chocolate at home.
You'll be sent a premium kit that includes:
200g chocolate (to make 2 x 70g BRIK tiles and leftovers for a hot chocolate or whatever tickles your fancy)
A textured tile mould
