A Dickensian Christmas

Live from the Barbican

London Concert Brass with snowflakes and sonar waves in the background

Be transported to Victorian London to the strains of your favourite carols as Kevin Whately (LewisMorse) brings episodes from Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol vividly to life.

Let the cosy Christmas atmosphere envelop you as costumed members of the London Concert Brass and Choir evoke an era of roast goose, plum-pudding, the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge and the golden-hearted Tiny Tim, performing a selection of Victorian and classic carols. Joining them is actor Kevin Whately, channeling the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future straight to your living room in selected extracts from the most heart-warming of Christmas stories.

This performance will end at approximately 8.15pm

Co-produced by the Barbican and Raymond Gubbay Ltd
