BBC Radio 3 Lunchtime Concert: Les Sonores de France

Ensemble Nevermind

Ensemble Nevermind

Ensemble Nevermind bring their imaginative take on early music to LSO St Luke's, closing this four-part series with the sounds of the French Baroque.

The four musicians of Ensemble Nevermind – combining flute, violin, viola da gamba and harpsichord – met and founded their group while they were students in Paris, with each of them sharing a love of the Baroque, traditional chamber music and jazz, and a passion for making music together. In their first concert at LSO St Luke's – and one of their first in the UK – they pour this trademark energy and passion into the elegant sounds of the French Baroque.

Recorded for future broadcast on BBC Radio 3
