Join us for an exclusive pre-show talk for Cheek by Jowl's new production of Pericles.
Declan Donnellan (Cheek by Jowl's Artistic Director), who was awarded the Golden Lion of Venice last year, will be joined by Toni Racklin, Head of Barbican Theatre, to talk about his new production of Pericles. Featuring the company’s French ensemble, last seen here in the explosive Ubu Roi, this is the first time Barbican Artistic Associate Cheek by Jowl has produced Shakespeare in French.
This talk is offered exclusively to Cheek by Jowl and Barbican Members.
Meet the directors, makers and actors who help us produce and present our rich programme of international theatre, creating dance, theatre and music that hovers on the very edge of classification as we push the boundaries of what theatre could be.
