Parent & Baby Screening: Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom 2D (12A*)

Chris Prattles on to a wee dinosaur

A previously dormant volcano on the Isla Nubar sparks into life, urging Claire and Owen to return to the island to save the dinosaurs from extinction.

Four years has passed since the Jurassic World theme park was closed down after the destruction caused by a rogue hybrid Indominus rex. When Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Owen (Chris Pratt) learn that a once dormant volcano is on the verge of eruption, they head back to the Isla Nubar in a bid to rescue the island’s prehistoric inhabitants.

As the pair hunt for lead raptor Blue, they uncover a conspiracy that could throw the planet’s natural balance into dangerous territory. But the task of herding up Isla Nubar’s wildlife proves to be even tougher than they imagined.

Is the curtain set to fall on earth’s most ancient creatures, or is it the human race that is leading themselves into extinction?

Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom is directed by J.A. Bayona (The OrphanageA Monster Calls) and stars Bryce Dallas Howard (Gold), Chris Pratt (Avengers: Infinity War), and series veteran Jeff Goldblum (Thor).
