The Barbican Kitchen's Head Chef will take you through the stages of creating the classic Italian biscuit - biscotti .
Participants will get to enjoy their creations - so come with enthusiasm and an empty stomach.
Ticket price includes a complimentary drink and pastry, plus your own biscotti.
