BBC Radio 3 places the spotlight on violinist Esther Yoo, a former BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist, as part of its residency during September’s This is Rattle celebrations.

Esther Yoo, described as a ‘star in the making’ by The Telegraph, emerged as an exceptional violinist at an early age, one of the youngest to win prestigious awards including, at the age of just 16, the Sibelius Violin Competition in 2010. Since then, she has joined the BBC’s prestigious New Generation Artist programme and toured the world with her Stradivarius violin.
