Amplified DJ collective member Ahmed Akasha has curated a playlist of songs that act as a provocation on power. Expect tracks from artists old and new, that will have you considering the wide-ranging ways in which power and life are intertwined.

Ahmed Akasha is a Renaissance man who narrates the world through creativity and design. Founder of D237 design agency and core member of Amplified DJ collective, Ahmed is also an avid photographer and a complete music fiend. 

We asked Ahmed to create a music list that acted as a provocation to Can We Talk About Power?, a series of online events curated by cultural thinker Suzanne Alleyne, delving into the nature of power with a surprising group of artists, poets, writers, and scientists.

The 52 tracks are a brilliant provocation on power that you can dip into, or work your way through from beginning to end. Lacking cliche these tracks are beautifully curated taking you on a musical journey of power and beyond.
