Anaïs Gaudemard (harp)

ECHO Rising Stars

Photo of harpist Anais Gaudemard

Anaïs Gaudemard is a harpist of singular artistry and charisma. Today she gives the UK premiere of a new commission by Camille Pépin: a composer with a magical flair for instrumental colour.

But there’ll be a lot more besides, all charged with the special insight and eloquence of a young performer who’s already accrued a string of major international awards, and who has an appetite for rare and innovative repertoire.

Nominated by the Cité de la musique–Philharmonie de Paris and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Lisbon
