The GRAMMY award-winning legend Herbie Hancock returns with three exclusive UK shows to celebrate his 85th birthday and 51 years since his first ever London show.

Few artists have shaped modern music like Herbie Hancock. Across six decades, his innovative work spans acoustic and electronic jazz, R&B, and beyond. From his time with the Miles Davis Quintet to his game-changing Headhunters and Future Shock, Hancock has continuously pushed musical boundaries, fusing jazz with funk, rock, and electronic sounds. A global ambassador for jazz and a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, Hancock’s influence and enduring legacy extends beyond music and continues to inspire generations.

This special three-night residency at the Barbican marks a historic milestone—51 years since his first London show. Expect a thrilling journey through his pioneering catalogue, from the hypnotic grooves of Chameleon to the genre-defying energy of Rockit. Hancock’s visionary performances remain as fresh and electrifying as ever.
