Daniel Brandt: Without Us

Tristan Perich & Ensemble 0: Open Symmetry

Daniel Brandt

Composer, drummer and filmmaker Daniel Brandt performs music from his new album, Without Us. French contemporary music ensemble, Ensemble 0, performs the latest work by Tristan Perich.

Two unique performances led by two groundbreaking music artists.

Daniel Brandt performs music from his new solo album, Without Us alongside a short film with the same title. The full project – album, film, and live performance – culminates in an 'apocalyptic rave' that explores our collective anxieties and challenges in a multi-dimensional way. Without Us is released on label Erased Tapes 21 March.

Ensemble 0 opens the show. The French contemporary music ensemble performs Open Symmetry, a music project by New York-based composer Tristan Perich. Open Symmetry is about precision and energy – a piece that slowly develops, with musical fragments lengthening, harmonies merging, overlapping and washing over like soothing waves.

This concert may contain strobe lighting effects and haze. The end time for this performance will be added nearer to the event date.
