Randall Munroe: What if? A Decade of Imagining the Improbable

Randall Munroe: What if? A Decade of Imagining the Improbable

The millions of people who read and loved What If? still have questions, and those questions are getting stranger. Thank goodness xkcd creator Randall Munroe is here to help.

This November, the former NASA roboticist, Sunday Times Number 1 and international bestselling author and cartoonist will be live on stage giving serious scientific answers to absurd hypothetical questions - celebrating the 10th Anniversary edition of his publication, What If? - revised and annotated with brand-new illustrations and answers to important questions you never thought to ask.

What if you tried to hit a baseball pitched at 90 percent the speed of light? How fast can you hit a speed bump while driving and live? If there was a robot apocalypse, how long would humanity last? What if everyone only had one soulmate? What would happen if the moon went away? His responses are masterpieces of clarity and hilarity, complemented by his signature xkcd comics.

Top price tickets will include a signed copy of the 10th Anniversary Edition of What If? (RRP £25). Post-show signings will also be available.
