Relaxed Families: Song of the Sea (PG) + Drawing Demo with Rikin Parekh

Relaxed Screening

little boy surrounded by magic and an old man with a long white beard

We’re delighted to welcome back illustrator extraordinaire, Rikin Parekh, to lead a demo on stage before the film, helping the audience draw some mythical creatures inspired by today’s tale.

Following Rikin’s intro, we’ll screen Song of the Sea in a relaxed environment tailored for an audience with additional needs, as well as those who find a more informal setting beneficial, encouraging you to draw along as you watch the movie.

A delightful adventure, Song of the Sea tells the story of Ben who discovers his 4-year-old mute sister, Saoirse, is a mythical creature called a Selkie. Brought to you by the makers of Wolf Walkers and My Father’s Dragon, this wonderful story of family love over-coming the odds is a big screen must-see.
