Family Film Club

A group of explorer riding a magical flying animal soar through a strange landscape.

A fantastic new adventure taking inspiration from the stories of Jules Verne and pulp magazines as well as films such as King KongStar Wars and the National Lampoon franchise!

When father-son team Jaeger and Searcher Clade head out into the Avalonian wilderness, they little suspect that they’ll find a solution to their country’s energy crisis. However, when Searcher discovers a plant – dubbed Pando – that can be used to power all the land, he’s hailed as a saviour, whereas his father Jaeger storms off into the unknown, determined to conquer the surrounding mountains. Twenty-five years later, Searcher and his family discover that Pando may not be as simple a solution as they thought and must journey to a strange land below the surface to uncover the secrets of their world.

Featuring a breath-taking new world, full of weird beings and alien plans, this film celebrates the wonder of the unknown as well as the enduring power family.
