Laurel Halo presents Atlas

+ Leila Bordreuil

Laurel Halo

American composer, producer, musician and DJ Laurel Halo performs her ground-breaking mix of experimental electronic music.

In her first solo performance on the Milton Court stage, Halo performs material from her new album Atlas, released 22nd September on her newly launched imprint 'Awe'.

Drawing from a range of music lineages, Halo's considered approach has enabled her to maintain a signature aesthetic across a stylistically diverse output, traversing pop, ambient, leftfield club, experimental electronica and film score.

Since her debut album Quarantine was released to critical acclaim in 2012, she has released numerous albums and collaborated with artists including Moritz von Oswald, Julia Holter, John Cale, and the London Contemporary Orchestra. Halo has performed globally at the Southbank Centre, Sydney Opera House, Sónar and Montreux Jazz Festival.

Cellist Leila Bordreuil performs an opening solo set and joins Halo for parts of her performance.
