Members' Yoga in the Conservatory

Members' Event

Members doing yoga in the Conservatory Well.

Celebrate the beginning of Taurus and grab life by the horns with this enlivening Yoga class.

To mark the start of the Taurus zodiac sign, instructor Jed Fox will encourage us to learn from the elements, our greatest teachers. This earth sign focuses on our roots, inspiring us to find our stability and endurance. The earth teaches us lessons of forgiveness and gratitude for everything we have. This class commemorates the belief that everything we need is right here in the body, set amongst the serene atmosphere of our Conservatory.

After the session you’ll have time to chat with other Members and enjoy our hidden tropical oasis with a complimentary herbal tea or coffee. It's the perfect class for learning to trust your path and connecting with all that earth offers us.

Why not make a day of it by exploring Alice Neel: Hot Off The Griddle in the gallery afterwards? Just remember to prebook your free gallery ticket online.

There are 30 spaces available and it's suitable for all experience levels. This event is open to Members and Members' Plus and up to three guests, guests require their own ticket.

The class runs from 10am-12pm, the yoga class will be 10-11.15am, with 45 mins to enjoy the Conservatory with refreshments afterwards.

Yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets are provided but you're welcome to bring your own or anything else that might aid your comfort.
