Adrian Wootton OBE, Film London CEO and movie historian gives this illustrated talk about the legendary Hollywood filmmaker’s career.

Celebrating the release of Steven Spielberg’s hotly anticipated coming-of-age film The Fablemans, largely inspired by Spielberg's own upbringing, Adrian Wootton, Film London CEO, film historian and Spielberg admirer, takes a closer look at the Hollywood titans career.

From the often imitated yet singular Jaws, to E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, The Colour Purple to Jurassic Park, Saving Private Ryan to The Post to 2021's West Side Story. In this special members talk, lavishly illustrated with clips and slides, Adrian will go behind the scenes of these ground-breaking and tremendously influential movie classics revealing the stories of their making and reflecting on Steven Spielberg’s extraordinary life and work.
