Gong Bath & Yoga Nidra

Members' Event

Barbican Conservatory

Join us for a profoundly relaxing yoga nidra practice and immersive sound healing journey using the mesmerising sound of the gong against the backdrop of our peaceful Conservatory.

Enter a state of deep conscious relaxation at our holistic gong bath just for Members. Instructor Ashley Jones will first guide you through yoga nidra, a nourishing practice that involves no physical movement and allows for deep stress and tension release using breathwork and meditation. Ashley will then lead an immersive sound healing journey using the gong, helping you to release emotional, physical and spiritual pain and to feel refreshed, energised and peaceful.

After the 75-minute session, you’ll have time to socialise and enjoy our hidden tropical oasis after-hours. You'll leave the session feeling a profound sense of calm, the perfect antidote to the busy holiday period.

There will be heaters on over the space. Please bring your own mat as well as a blanket and anything else that will aid your relaxation during the session.

This event is open to Members and Members' Plus and up to three guests. Guests will require their own ticket. There are 30 spaces and we welcome anyone who hasn't attended a gong bath before.

This event will run 6.30-8.15pm. The gong bath will be 6.30-7.45pm, with 30 minutes to enjoy the Conservatory afterwards. Please arrive on time for a 6.30pm start to the session.
