Deerskin (15)

Jean Dujardin looking into a mirror wearing his special jacket

Director Quentin Dupieux's quirky dark comedy stars Jean Dujardin as a man who falls so in love with his jacket that he wants to destroy all other jackets in the world.

Oscar-winner Jean Dujardin (The Artist) stars as Georges, a fairly unhinged middle-aged divorcee who buys a deerskin jacket and immediately becomes besotted with it. The obsession with his jacket grows until he eventually blows his life savings and turns to crime.

The jacket "instructs" Georges to destroy all other jackets in the world. Aided by gullible barmaid Denise (Adèle Haenel), Georges documents his increasingly violent quest on camera.
