The Human Voice (15) + recorded Q&A

tilda swinton in a bright red top and swept back hair standing in an apartment

Pedro Almodóvar's latest film is a short and punchy drama starring Tilda Swinton as a woman on the edge.

Tilda Swinton is a nameless woman who sits in her colourful apartment watching the time go by, clearly waiting for something. Both she and the dog are restless until...she receives a phone call from her ex-lover and everything she's had on her mind comes rushing out.

This brilliant one-person drama is everything you'd want from an Almodóvar film, with an explosion of colour, witty yet tragic dialogue and a performance from Swinton that you can't take your eyes off.

The film is followed by a recorded Q&A with Tilda Swinton and Pedro Almodóvar hosted by Mark Kermode.

From 17 May (and unless guidance changes) six people or two households of any size can visit together as a group. Until guidance changes, we’ve created socially-distanced seating clusters. Please only sit directly beside someone from your household or support bubble, and avoid moving seats when you arrive, so we can keep a safe distance between you and other groups.
