Belt Making Leather Craft Online Workshop

STORE STORE x Barbican

Traditional Leather Workshop

Learn how to craft leather goods using traditional techniques with this two-hour online workshop from STORE STORE, part of London Craft Week 2020.

Participants in this two-hour online workshop will be introduced to crafting leather and given the opportunity to learn core skills in the practice. Taught by Kingsley Walters, a traditional leather-craftsmen and artist based in East London, each participant will be taught to make a Leather Belt using only traditional techniques, and a range of practical skills including sewing by hand, cutting patterns and maintenance of leather.
