Architecture on Stage: Adam Caruso and Peter St John

Inspired by Louis Sullivan’s Kindergarten Chats, Adam Caruso and Peter St John give a series of short talks on subjects ranging from new projects to the problems of representation in architecture

Established in 1990, Caruso and St John's practice rose to prominence after winning an international competition for the acclaimed New Art Gallery in Walsall in 1995. Other cultural projects include the Millbank Project at Tate Britain, Nottingham Contemporary, and Gagosian Galleries in London, Paris, Rome and Hong Kong. The practice’s Newport Street Gallery, commissioned by Damien Hirst, was awarded the RIBA Stirling Prize in 2017.

Caruso St John are collaborating with the artist Marcus Taylor on the British Pavilion for the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale.
