Summer Drama Camp

Play Make Do: A Festival of Fun for All the Family

A group of children watch two others perform, one laughs as the other holds character.

Join theatre director and sound artist Brigitte Adela for a fun and imaginative drama camp, where you'll create a play in just one week!

Taking inspiration from Barbican building, participants will develop characters, craft a compelling narrative, and imagine the world in which their story unfolds. Through a combination of games, creative writing, movement, improvisation, sound design, acting, and more, everyone will learn, collaborate, and create together.

No prior knowledge or experience with drama is needed.

Brigitte Adela is a theatre director, facilitator, and sound artist. Her work explores the intricacies of human relationships and the environments they exist in. She uses sound to create different spaces and places on stage. Brigitte is a collaborative theatre maker, curating spaces to facilitate the creation and development of ideas.
