S/He Is Still Her/E – The Official Genesis P-Orridge Doc (18)

A raw, intimate portrait of boundary-breaking artist Genesis P-Orridge, captured in their final year by director David Charles Rodrigues.

Artist, musician, spiritual seeker, and gender pioneer Genesis P-Orridge lived their life as art. In this deeply personal and authorized documentary, award-winning director David Charles Rodrigues (Gay Chorus Deep South) captures Genesis's final year, facing death while reflecting on a life that broke every boundary.

Featuring rare footage, unseen performances from Throbbing Gristle and Psychic TV, and appearances by William Burroughs, Timothy Leary, David J (Bauhaus), and a surprise cameo from Queen Elizabeth.

This is the closest we’ve ever come to Genesis’s full story.
