Ahead of the London Symphony Orchestra’s performance of John Adams’ Harmonielehre, talented Guildhall pianist Ben Smith offers the chance to hear the American composer’s mesmeric Phrygian Gates.

LSO Platforms: Guildhall Artists are recitals by postgraduate musicians from the Guildhall School, some of whom are studying on the joint Guildhall Artist Masters Orchestral Artistry programme in association with the LSO.

Recitals are free to attend and do not have to be booked in advance.
