Members' Photo Challenge Event

Challenge yourself to look at the Barbican differently through your camera (or smartphone) lens.

Our Photo Challenge returns to arm you with finding new ways to see the Centre. Discover photos in the play of light and shadow, guided by the insights of photographer Anthony Palmer. Notice different structures, angles and textures of concrete. Leave with fresh eyes, ready to apply a new perspective to your photography.

Afterwards tag your best images to Instagram for the chance to win a special Barbican prize and have your image included in our Guide.

All abilities are welcome. Please bring camera equipment you're comfortable walking with (can include phones or tablets).

The meeting point for the tour is opposite to the main entrance of the shop on level G.

The tour will last approximately 1 hour 30 mins.

This event is open to Barbican Members only. You're welcome to bring a guest but they need their own ticket.
