Where can I find my customer number?
Your customer number is printed on:
Your barbican membership card or mailings.
The receipt for any tickets you may have purchased previously from the barbican.

Choose your exact seating location, reduced booking fee (£2.00) and instant confirmation. Secure online ticketing open 24 hours a day.
(Booking fee may be lower on some events)

By telephone

There is a £3.50 booking fee per transaction which includes the return of your tickets by first class post if time permits. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express payment cards.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
(Booking fee may be lower on some events)

At the Advance Box Office, Silk Street entrance
Mon-Sat 10am-9pm
Sun and Bank Holidays 12noon-9pm.

Ticket desks in foyers:
Open 90 mins prior to Hall and Theatre performances
Open 30 mins prior to Cinema Screenings
Open 60mins prior to Pit performances

Reservations
Tickets reserved must be confirmed by payment within three working days or by one hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. We reserve the right not to accept reservations.
