Poor Things (18) (AD)

Parent and Baby Screening

A woman in a yellow dress stands in front of a man in a forest.

Back by popular demand we have added in a few more screenings of Yorgos Lanthimos' acclaimed absurdist comedy. (Plus a special extra Sunday screening!)

Yorgos Lanthimos, acclaimed absurdist director (The Lobster, The Favourite) presents his latest feat: an absurdist black comedy.

Poor Things is an adaptation of the novel by Scottish author Alasdair Gray, about a young woman (Emma Stone) brought back to life by a doctor (Willem Dafoe), who has to relearn how to exist within Victorian society.

A stunning film starring Emma Stone, Mark Ruffalo, Willem Dafoe, Ramy Youssef, Christopher Abbott, and Jerrod Carmichael.

We are also delighted to host an exhibition of the costumes from the film alongside these preview screenings.
