Hoard (18) + ScreenTalk with director Luna Carmoon & producer Helen Simmons

New Release ScreenTalk

A girl and a man look into a boot of a car.

We are delighted to have the director and producer join for a ScreenTalk on this psychological drama about loneliness, family and connection.

Joseph Quinn and Saura Lightfoot Leon star in this haunting story about childhood trauma and relationships, with a director's ScreenTalk.

Following the relationship of a young girl and her mother, and her journey through the care system, Luna Carmoon's fantastical drama is an ode to loneliness and connection, looking at a relationship that develops between two young people in the foster system.

Joseph Quinn is powerful in a role outside his already wide-reaching canon of Stranger Things (the rocker Eddie), Dickensian, and a number of theatre roles. Saura Lightfoot Leon takes on the lead role, having already appeared in this year's Masters of The Air mini series alongside Austin Butler and Calum Turner.

Hoard won the Sutherland Award for Best First Feature at BFI London Film Festival 2023.
