A strength to survive. A desire to scream.

2002 Golden Raspberry Awards worst actress Mariah Carey and her logic defying breasts (also nominated for worst screen couple) star as orphan Billie, who's brain piercing voice propels her to near stardom and into the sleaze path of DJ Dice, inexpertly played by sometime Robbie Williams drummer and ex Spice Girl dabbler Max Beesley.

Thus ensues an all singing, all bad acting cheese fest of epic proportions which, to top it all off, is set in the 80's.

US 2001 Dir. Vondie Curtis-Hall 104 min.

"The story of a young girl rising to the dizzying heights of stardom has been told many times before but never with this degree of ineptitude" Michael Elliot; Movie Parables

"Everything about this complete tripe is ludicrous" Annette Cardwell; FilmCritic.com

"Ms. Carey has the voice of a dove but sad to say the acting range of a parakeet" Gary Brown; Houston Community Newspapers
