You may not be familiar with the name Storm Thorgerson, but you most certainly have seen his work. Described by writer Douglas Adams as ‘the best album designer in the world’, Storm’s career spanned five decades as he and his studio Hipgnosis created some of the most iconic album covers ever made.

Gracing the covers of albums by Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Peter Gabriel, and Paul McCartney and Wings, Thorgerson’s designs became synonymous with rock music and pop culture.

Featuring interviews with Robert Plant, David Gilmour, Peter Gabriel and more, this fascinating documentary gives a glimpse into Thorgerson’s creative processes and career before his death in 2013.

We are delighted to be joined by director Roddy Bogawa and producer Orian Williams at the screening of this UK premiere, along with ex-Hipgnosis member Aubrey (Po) Powell and Peter Curzon of Storm Studios, hosted by author and music journalist Zoë Howe.
