In one of the first films that Gaultier designed the wardrobe for, Helen Mirren stars as Georgina Spica, the bored wife of Albert Spica (Michael Gambon), a barbaric gangster and the new owner of high-class restaurant Le Hollandais.

With the help of the restaurant staff, Georgina begins a secret affair with Michael, one of the regulars at her husband’s restaurant.
