Find out more about Dancing around Duchamp
Beginning with his collaborations with John Cage, sound became a key interest for Duchamp. The possibilities of sound for film have always been a flagship for avant-garde filmmakers, redefining what is possible in film.
This programme includes Anne McGuire’s I’m Crazy and You’re Not Wrong (1997) and Bruce Baillie’s All My Life (1966) among others.
After the film programme, Chris Petit and Larry Sider will lead a panel discussion on stage.
