Join Animate Projects - a uk based organisation that explores and champions artists’ animation – for an evening reflecting on the future of experimental animation.
For this one-off event, Animate Projects have invited the makers of some of its most critically acclaimed and popular commissions to reflect on where they’ve been, what’s inspired them, and to look forward to animation’s future. Led by Adam Pugh, research curator for Watch Me Move, our panel of filmmakers include Elizabeth Hobbs, Stuart Hilton, Chris Shepherd and Tim Webb.
There will also be the opportunity to watch the following animated films: Dad’s Dead (Chris Shepherd, 6’36”, 2002); 15th February (Tim Webb, 6’35” 1995); The Emperor (Elizabeth Hobbs, 4’20”, 2001); Save Me (Stuart Hilton, 6’10”, 1994) plus many more.
