Writing Ecologies: Final Workshop & Reading Performance

Writing Ecologies

Image of the Barbican conservatory

Our series of workshops in the Conservatory culminates with its final writing session and a special literary event to invited audiences.

Join the final workshop of the Writing Ecologies series culminating in the creation of new pieces of literature on ecology, written surrounded by nature. This event brings together established authors and local writers to present new pieces developed throughout the series.

The latter half of the session will feature a special sharing which will see the performance of new pieces of literature on ecology, written surrounded by nature for an invited audience.

The showcase reflects themes of interdependence, activism, and healing, running in parallel with COP25 and our Dystopia is Not the Future season. Become a part of this community of writers exploring nature and climate through creativity and shared voices.
