The Social Reckoning (15)

Parent & Baby Screening

Jeremy Allen White and Mikey Madison sit on a couch, leaning forward seriously to the laptop in front of Mikey as she shows Jeremy something on the screen.

In this companion piece to The Social Network, screenwriter Aaron Sorkin returns to the Metaverse with a tale of the whistleblower who started the social media reckoning we're seeing play out today.

Inspired by true events, this David and Goliath story follows a young Facebook engineer, Frances Haugen (Mikey Madison, Anora), who enlists the help of Wall Street Journal reporter Jeff Horwitz (Jeremy Allen White, The Bear) to go on a dangerous journey that ends up blowing the whistle on the social network’s most guarded secrets.

Sorkin directs this star-studded and multi-award-winning cast, including Succession star Jeremy Strong as Mark Zuckerberg, charting the next era of Facebook a decade and a half on from The Social Network's release.
