Project Hail Mary (12A)

Parent & Baby Screening

Ryan Gosling is a desperate astronaut on a mission to save the future, based on sci-fi novel by the author of The Martian.

Science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up on a spaceship light years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there.

As his memory returns, he begins to uncover his mission: solve the riddle of the mysterious substance causing the sun to die out. He must call on his scientific knowledge and unorthodox ideas to save everything on Earth from extinction… but an unexpected friendship means he may not have to do it alone.

Project Hail Mary is based on Andy Weir's New York Times best-selling novel, written after The Martian, featuring a star-studded cast including Sandra Hüller (Anatomy of a Fall), and directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. The long-collaborating duo previously worked together on 21 Jump Street and the Spider-Verse franchise.
