Menus-Plaisirs Les Troisgros (12A)

chefs in a restaurant

This documentary uncovers the recipe of success for the French restaurant that's held three Michelin stars for more than 50 years.

From seasoned director Frederick Wiseman comes this eye-opening (and mouth-watering) documentary on the family-run, Michelin three-starred restaurant La Maison Troisgros, in France.

From the daily rituals of the floor staff to the high-octane happenings of the kitchen, the film dives head first into the philosophy and artistry of cooking.

From Wiseman, the 95 year old director who usually turns his lens to American institutions. In 2017, The New York Times called him 'one of the most important and original filmmakers working today'.

Please note this film has a runtime of 4 hours.
