Safety Last! (U) + Live musical accompaniment

Family Film Club

A young man hangs from the hands of a clock

A chance for the family to try a fun-filled silent-comedy classic with live musical accompaniment from John Sweeney.

Young Harold heads to the big city to earn money for his marriage but when he gets there, he is soon caught up in a zany plan to climb up the side of a skyscraper. Ending with one of the most dizzying stunts of the silent era – this Harold Lloyd classic is unmissable on the big screen!

And we’re delighted to welcome pianist John Sweeney along for the ride too – he’ll be in the cinema accompanying the film on keyboard to help the audience get in the mood for all the spills and thrills!
