Experimental Theatre Workshop
Devised drama workshop for 11-16-year-olds
Join theatre director and sound artist Brigitte Adela on a two-day creative lab that explores performance and experimental theatre through sound, movement and improvisation exercises.
You will be collaborating with participants on the live cinema workshop led by artist Nia Fekri to create something across different artforms and creative production.
Expect a hands-on experience with no prior knowledge or experience with film or drama necessary. All you need is a willingness to make, play and create together.
Brigitte Adela is a theatre director, facilitator and sound artist. Her theatre work explores the complexities of human relationships and the spaces they exist in. She uses sound to create different spaces and places on stage. Brigitte is a collaborative theatre maker, curating spaces to facilitate the creation and development of ideas. She has co-created work with young people, both theatre and audio projects, with companies such as Coney, Theatre Royal Stratford East and the Almeida.
