Breathe Better, Every Day with Lisa Hatton

Darbar Festival 2026

Lisa Hatton

An introduction to breathwork and functional breathing with Lisa: simple, practical exercises to help you understand your breath and use it well in everyday life.

Most of us breathe more than 20,000 times a day without thinking about it. This session looks at how you breathe now, and what small changes can do. Lisa guides the group through a series of simple exercises that build awareness of the breath and show how to breathe more efficiently. Each one can be repeated at home, at your desk or on the move. No experience is needed.

Lisa Hatton has been practicing breathwork for over 20 years. She is a Transformational Breath® Coach and Group Leader and a certified Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, and has trained in Pranayama and Coherent Breathing.  She is also a Sound Bath Practitioner and Cognitive Hypnotherapist, and has trained in Myofascial Energetic Technique (MER).

The same session runs on Sunday 1 November with Christina Hagon.

Please arrive 15 minutes before start of session. Doors open at 13.15. There will be no admission 5 mins after the session has started.

Please bring a shawl/extra layer and eye mask or eye covering if possible. Bring your own water.

Please notify the teacher at start of the class if you are pregnant, asthmatic, have high blood pressure, a heart condition or brain arrhythmia.

Participants take full responsibility for their own health; if in doubt seek the advice of your doctor.
