A man sits at a desk with his feet up, on the phone

This thrilling documentary uncovers the work of legendary investigative journalist Seymour Hersch, the man responsible for some of the most shocking exposes of the 20th century.

From the massacre of North Vietnamese civilians in My Lai to the torture of prisoners at Abu Ghraib Hersch has been at the front lines of political journalism in the United States for decades.

Battling a cycle of aggressive political censorship Cover-Up captures the power and process of investigative journalism, interwoven with primary documents and archival footage this is a portrait of a man relentless in his quest for the truth.

Directed by acclaimed documentary makers Laura Poitras and Mark Obenhaus this is an engrossing insight into the explosive career of the Pulitzer Prize-winner and an indictment of institutional violence.
