Cover-Up (15)

This thrilling documentary uncovers the work of legendary investigative journalist Seymour Hersh, who unearthed some of the most shocking exposés of the 20th century.

From the massacre of North Vietnamese civilians in My Lai, to the torture of prisoners at Abu Ghraib, Hersch has been at the front lines of political journalism in the United States for decades.

Battling a cycle of aggressive political censorship, Cover-Up captures the power and process of investigative journalism. Interwoven with primary documents and archival footage, this is a portrait of a man relentless in his quest for the truth.

Directed by acclaimed documentary makers Laura Poitras and Mark Obenhaus, the engrossing documentary is an insight into the explosive career of the Pulitzer Prize-winner, and an indictment of institutional violence.
