Takuo Yuasa returns to conduct the Guildhall Symphony Orchestra in a wonderful programme of Dvořák, Janáček and Sibelius.

Two Czech works open the concert: Antonin Dvořák's Husitská Overture, written to mark the opening of the Prague National Theatre in 1883, alongside Leoš Janáček's famous, brass-filled Sinfonietta. Jean Sibelius's glorious First Symphony closes the evening.

Presented by the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
