Marketing Campaigns Manager (Theatre & Dance)
35 hours per week
Starting salary of £35,090 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting and dependent on skills and experience

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Marketing Campaigns Manager to devise and deliver creative and eye-catching marketing campaigns for the Barbican’s international Theatre & Dance programme and to support the organisation’s brand vision of arts without boundaries.
You will have a passion for brand and marketing, be willing to try new things and have an aptitude for developing audiences for our diverse programme. You will be experienced in delivering campaigns with a dynamic mix of audience insight, brand development and customer relationship management. You’ll have a full understanding of the marketing mix from campaign planning to implementation and evaluation, as well as experience in working across multiple platforms including print and online. Knowledge and experience of digital marketing, including social media, display and search, is essential.
As a clear and confident communicator, you will be comfortable dealing with a number of stakeholders, internal and external, experience of managing an assistant and a budget, and have a passion and flair for writing really great copy.
The successful applicant will have worked within an arts environment and have a good knowledge of the London market for Theatre.
