Membership

Our members enjoy 20% off tickets for themselves and a guest for many of our events. 

For events we programme, there's usually a limited number of discounted tickets available for Members. For Cinema screenings, there's no cap on Members' discounted tickets. Sometimes, on guest events brought to us by other producers, we aren't able to offer a Members' discount. You can check whether a Member discount applies by checking the 'Ticket prices' section on our event pages.

An exciting benefit of Barbican Membership is having priority access to book tickets. 

While we proudly offer priority access to our Members, the number of tickets available within any priority booking period is capped for each performance, to enable fair access to tickets for everyone – including the general public. 

We can never guarantee that you’ll be successful in booking tickets during the priority period as the allocation may be used up very quickly. There's often a very high demand for tickets from Members, as well as the general public. We anticipate that this benefit will be popular for our upcoming productions.

Members' ticket discounts can't be used on top of other offers, for example Cinema's Magic Mondays or Pay What You Can.

Your Membership discount applies automatically on Standard tickets and will show up in the checkout, just make sure you're logged in.

If your discount isn't applying to an eligible event, it's likely that we've already sold out of our discounted Members' tickets.
